Valve housing for older type semi-recessed valves

This valve housing with item number Z60217 is intended for the older type of semi-recessed valves, as fitted to Zodiac and Bombard inflatable boats and RIBs. The housing provides a stable, airtight seating for the valve in the tube.

The valve housing is supplied as standard including the matching valve insert Z60055. This valve insert is also available separately. The valve housing consists of two parts.

The lower part of the housing is placed on the inside of the tube. Next, the seal Z6852 is positioned against the inside of the boat fabric, after which the boat fabric itself and finally the retaining ring are fitted on the outside.

Please note: the seal Z6852 is not supplied as standard and must be ordered separately via the related products. The product images show an overview of the build-up of this valve type.

The matching cap for this valve is Z60052. Valve housing for older valves is used with the classic semi-recessed valve system.
