Which secure payment methods does Zodiac Online Shop accept?

At Zodiac Online Shop you can choose from several secure payment options.

You can pay by bank transfer (in advance or on collection).

Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

Yes, in many cases it is possible to cancel or amend your order, but this depends on the status of your order. Once an order has been placed, it is often processed straight away so we can guarantee prompt delivery.

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched. To do so, please get in touch as soon as possible. If the order is already on its way, we can no longer make changes, and you can return it after delivery through our returns process.

We recommend getting in touch as soon as possible with us as soon as you want to make a change. That way, we can maximise the chance that your request can still be processed and that delivery of your order is not delayed.

Can I have an order delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to a different delivery address than your billing address. During the ordering process, you can enter a separate delivery address. Make sure you enter all details correctly, so your order arrives at the right place.

PLEASE NOTE! Once the order has been confirmed and processed, the delivery address can no longer be changed. In that case, contact our customer service team straight away via contact.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs at Zodiac Online Shop depend on the country, the product type and the weight of your order.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €50. For orders below this amount, a charge of €6,95 applies. For international orders within Europe, the costs are calculated automatically during checkout, depending on the size and weight of the products.

Which delivery options are available?

At Zodiac Online Shop you can choose to have your order delivered to your home address. For this we work with reliable parcel carriers such as PostNL and GLS. The delivery charges depend on your order.

You can also choose Click & Collect and collect the order from us in Aasmeer, Lakenblekerstraat 56.

TIP! If you want to collect the order straight after placing it, please contact us by telephone. We will then prepare your order immediately for collection.

When can I expect my order?

Netherlands

When an item is in stock, your order is usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours within the Netherlands.

Belgium and Germany

Delivery of orders in Belgium and Germany may take 1 to 2 days longer.

Other countries

For deliveries to other countries, the final delivery time may vary slightly, depending on the carrier and local delivery procedures.

Can I track my parcel with track & trace?

Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us with a track & trace code. This allows you to follow online exactly where your parcel is and when it will be delivered. This way, you always know exactly when to expect your order.

How does the returns process work at Zodiac?

With Zodiac, you have the right to return a product up to 14 days after receipt. The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Can I return an opened product?

Opened bottles/tins such as cleaning products, aerosol cans or adhesive cannot be returned.

Can I exchange products?

Do you want to exchange a product? First register your return in your Zodiac Online Shop account and, under the return action, choose exchange. Then send the item back in its original condition. Place a new order for the product you want. That way we can help you as quickly as possible.

Are there any costs for returning an item?

A return shipment is at the buyer’s risk and expense. Return costs are at your own expense, unless there is a clear mistake on our part.

Zodiac Online Shop is not liable for damage to or loss of return shipments.

Would you like to drop off your order with us in Aalsmeer? You can. Register your return in advance via the online return portal and, under shipping, choose ‘Drop off’. This is free of charge.

The product must be returned in its original condition (unused) and in the original packaging. In the event of damage or missing parts, the return shipment may be rejected or a reduction in value may be charged.

When will I get my money back after a return?

As soon as we have received your return, we will get to work on it. Within 5 days your return will be assessed and we will contact you. If your return is approved, we will ensure that the money is paid back into your account no later than 14 days after the assessment.
