Teak oil sealer for teak decks and unpainted wood

Blue Marine Vivo Teak Oil Sealer is a water-repellent, nourishing and protective oil for teak decks, garden furniture and other unpainted wood. The natural oils soak deep into the wood, bring out the original colour and provide protection against water, salt and weathering.

The formula is odourless, non-greasy and does not make the surface slippery. This keeps the non-slip texture intact and makes the product suitable for use on teak and other marine timber. The composition is kind to caulking seams and gelcoat.

Directions for use

1. Clean the surface with Vivo Teak Cleaner.
2. For a lighter look: pre-treat with Vivo Teak Brightener.
3. Allow the wood to dry completely and make sure it is free of dust.
4. Apply the oil evenly with a brush, following the grain.
5. Leave to dry for 1–3 hours, depending on temperature and conditions.
6. If desired: apply a second coat and allow to harden fully.
7. Remove any remaining oil with a clean cotton cloth.

Always test first on a small, inconspicuous piece of wood. Check caulking seams for compatibility.
