Rexim Fibre Glass is a fast-curing fiberglass filler, specially developed for repairing fiberglass surfaces on polyester boats and other objects. This powerful 2-component system provides a strong, flexible, and durable solution for damage repair.

Thanks to its excellent adhesion and high elasticity, Rexim Fibre Glass is ideal for filling and repairing damages in polyester. Once applied and cured, the surface can be finished with Glix Gelcoat Filler or Gelcoat Spray for a smooth result. Finally, the surface can be polished and protected with Schutz, ensuring a long-lasting shine and extra protection for your boat.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  • Sand the damaged surface with 40–60 grit sandpaper to roughen it and remove dirt and dust.
  • Mix the required amount of Rexim Fibre Glass with 2–3% hardener and blend thoroughly.
  • Apply the fiberglass filler evenly using a putty knife or spatula.
  • Allow the product to dry for 10–20 minutes before sanding.
  • For the best finish, first use Glix Gelcoat Filler or Gelcoat Spray and then polish the surface with Schutz for a perfect shine and extra protection.

 

TIP:

For smaller repairs, Rexim Fibre Glass is also available in a 200 g package.
