Insert valve for older semi-recessed valves for Zodiac and Bombard
This insert valve (screw-in valve) is intended for semi-recessed valves used on Zodiac and Bombard inflatable boats and RIBs. The part is used to replace the internal valve mechanism.
The insert valve is suitable for the valve housing Z60217. Insert valve for older semi-recessed valves is used with the older type of valve system.
This type of valve was used on older Zodiac and Bombard inflatable boats. On some boats, the insert valve still has a green, red, or blue cap, while later versions are fitted with a white cap.
The old insert valve can be carefully removed with needle-nose pliers or with the special valve key Z7057. The same key can be used to fit the new insert valve into the housing easily and correctly.
Please note: do not use excessive force, as the parts are made of plastic.
