Blue Marine Kit Repair Fibreglass is a complete repair kit for quickly and professionally repairing cracks, holes, and missing parts on fiberglass and polyester surfaces. The kit contains all the materials needed for strong, durable, and reliable repairs on fiberglass boats, RIB hulls, personal watercraft, and other fiberglass objects.

USAGE

1. Thoroughly clean the surface to be repaired and sand it with 40–60 grit sandpaper. Remove all dust.
2. Mix the required amount of resin with 2–3% hardener and stir carefully.
3. Cut or trim the fiberglass mat to size to fit the damage.
4. Apply the resin mixture evenly to the mat using a brush.
5. Place the impregnated fiberglass mat on the damaged surface.
6. Let the mixture harden for 10–20 minutes .
7. After complete curing, the surface can be further sanded.
8. For a perfect finish: use Glix Gelcoat Filler or Gelcoat Spray , and then polish with Schutz for extra shine and protection.
