The Blue Marine Kit Repair Fibreglass is a complete repair kit designed for quick and professional restoration of cracks, holes, or missing sections on fiberglass surfaces, such as polyester boats and other polyester objects. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Thoroughly clean the damaged surface and sand with 40–60 grit sandpaper. Remove all dust.
2. Mix the required amount of resin with 2–3% hardener and blend thoroughly.
3. Cut the fiberglass mat to size according to the repair area.
4. Apply the mixed resin evenly with a brush over the fiberglass mat.
5. Place the impregnated fiberglass mat carefully onto the damaged surface and allow to cure (approx. 10–20 minutes).
6. Once fully cured, sand the surface smooth.

TIP:

For a perfect finish, we recommend treating the repair with Glix Gelcoat Filler or Gelcoat Spray. For extra shine and protection, polish the surface with Schutz. For larger repairs, it is recommended to purchase multiple kits to ensure you always have enough material on hand.
